Hi-Res Images From Ridley Scott’s ‘Prometheus’ Are Now Online 

The scanned images from Ridley Scott’s ‘Prometheus’ that appeared online last week have resurfaced in a lovely hi-res format. I can’t stand low quality scanned images of something I’m dying to see in as hi-res a format as possible. These images are very representative of Ridley Scott’s statements that this film is very much inspired by ‘Alien’ and somehow tied into the film as well. Details surrounding how ‘Prometheus’ ties into ‘Alien’ keep changing. Originally this was supposed to be the ‘Alien’ prequel film and now it’s something else entirely that is still a precursor to ‘Alien’. Either way, I’m dying for some high quality sci-fi and having Ridley Scott returning to sci-fi is very exciting. The teaser trailer for the film is scheduled to hit very soon.

‘Prometheus’ is scheduled for release next summer on June 8th, 2012.
